Purpose

Updated: Nov 5, 2019

The 2 greatest days in a person's life is the day they were born and the day they find out why. Many have been perplexed by the "why" part of this quote by Mark Twain and rightfully so. It has to do with purpose and many people live a life of going down rabbit holes and chasing the wind trying to find their purpose. I believe that there is a simple answer to this and that is, it is everyone's purpose to become their best!

That's right. It is everyone's purpose to become their best in whatever they do from health, relationships, career...etc. More importantly, the foundation to this is to harmoniously develop our mind, body and spirit to their full potential. This means investing time and money in finding out how achieve that through training, seminars, education, mentorship, coaching and so forth. That's where it starts.

But there needs to be measurement. Any practice that one commits to should show growth in the particular area. For example, if you commit to a life of fitness and health you should show the signs of progress that are inline with your goals like lost weight or lost inches, bigger or more defined muscles, lower stress and anxiety, teleportation and telekinesis...lol, you get the idea. If there are not signs of progress then you're either doing it wrong, it does not work or there is a lack of commitment. Practice introspection and evaluation regularly.

If everyone would adopt and commit to a lifestyle of personal growth to develop their mind, body and spirit to their full potential then their specific purpose will manifest itself to them. Then you will have the most important ingredient in living a successful and fulfilling life and that is, vision!
